Backgammon is a strategic game for two players, where the purpose is to bear your checkers off the board faster than your opponent. In your hurry to do this, you can benefit from different tactical moves. You can hit your opponent’s checker to the bar, so he has to start over with this. You can also try to trap his checkers, so he can’t move them, or you can “run” past him, so he won’t catch you! The possibilities are many, and you can create your very own tactics.
